How do I return an item?
Just email me and give me a headsup and you will be given a return authorization number. I aim to please so if you are not satisfied, please give me a chance to correct that.
What is your returns policy?
I am always happy to accept returns in the same condition as they were sent out. Returns are accepted but please do not return things simply for buyer's remorse. I am a small business supporting my family and my special needs kids with this so I do not have a large overhead to absorb such costs easily.
How do I track my order?
All orders are sent with tracking and the route and tracking links will be sent to you via email.
What are your delivery options?
Most packages are sent USPS Priority Mail, but occasionally FedEx or UPS is more affordable. Media Mail can be used for books or media. I try to fulfill all orders within 2-3 Business days.
